Meet Nikki Nichole

“I think motorcycles are reckless, but the adrenaline makes it worth it. To be honest, I’m a rebel and riding gives me the rush that I always crave.”
“Men who seek the thrill of riding definitely catch my attention. I find them very attractive especially if they’re in a bike club, because of the bond they have with each other. Family isn’t always blood, which is something that I can relate to.”
“On my left shoulder I have, ‘A life not lived for others is a life not lived.’ This is a quote that I live by and always will.”
“My grandfather was an art teacher before he retired and watercolor was one of his specialties. I consider him as my father, because my biological father has been in prison practically my entire life.”
“When I was looking for a new artist, I had to ask for advice from my friend who is also a tattoo artist [Shawn Irish at Moonlight Tattoo]. His advice helped me immensely so I’ll tell you what he told me: ‘You have to look at the comfort as well as the style of the artist. He/she must be confident that they can give you what you want and if the person isn’t confident about it, then I suggest to keep searching till you find the perfect match for you. Obviously, look through their portfolio and talk to them before making an appointment. Make sure that you don’t exclude any artists because of distance. If you find the right person, traveling to them shouldn’t be an issue. It’s very difficult to find someone with the same style as someone else, but it’s possible when you’re patient and do your research.”
“I’d love to tell you about my new tattoo artist, but I want to keep her all to myself. (Laughs). My artist is absolutely amazing and she’s just a fantastic person in general. Her name is Kaitlin Dutoit and she owns a tattoo shop called Ink Snob in Phoenix, AZ.”
“Just two days before we did this photo shoot, Kaitlin tattooed a butterfly on my knee. Metamorphosis is extremely relevant in my life. Metaphorically I was a caterpillar and transformed into a beautiful butterfly.”
